Balanced Ventilation System
The LTX-365 is our ‘Balanced Pressure’ System which is installed into the Roof Cavity of your home. Our Balanced System extracts air from inside the house and at the same time brings fresh air in from outside the house. These two streams of air pass through a heat exchanger, which warms incoming air in winter and cools incoming air in summer.
This means that up to 80% of the energy which would be wasted using a traditional Positive Pressure System is recovered by our LTX-365 Balanced Pressure System, This results in significant energy savings and therefore cost savings.
It makes sense that the air we bring into our homes should be filtered, fresh and drier for the family and the LTX-365 home ventilation system will do just that by improving the indoor air quality.
